BBQ and outdoor setting for entertaining outside. Welcome to "The Beach is Calling..." Our home provides a space for you that is calm, quiet and inviting. You will be spoilt with 180-degree uninterrupted views of the Coral Sea and her islands surrounding Hydeaway Bay in the Whitsunday region. Hydeaway Bay is a peaceful beach destination, and the beach is a short walk away. The living area and bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning and ceiling fans for your comfort. The master bedroom has a King size bed, ensuite with a walk-in robe. You can hear the gentle waves lapping on the shore as you fall asleep. It faces out over the deck where you wake up to a stunning sunrise looking straight out at the water. The ensuite has a toilet with a view of the ocean! The guest bedroom has a Queen size bed, built-in robe and is airconditioned. It is situated next to the large guest bathroom with a toilet. There is an open style kitchen which boasts uninterrupted ocean views to die for! You will see cruise ships, birdlife and whales. Relax with a coffee from the Nespresso machine. The living area directly leads to the deck and has comfort all around. Put your feet up with a 65inch Samsung smart TV, free internet, beanbag, basket of toys, games and some books to relax. A separate dining area seats 6 people or make use of the outdoor setting with built in lazy Susan to entertain with a perfect view. A BBQ and hammock complete the luxury of the deck. There is a downstairs courtyard and private fenced backyard to relax in with a range of outdoor entertaining games and equipment for your use. There is a laundry in the carport for your use. A washing machine and dryer, clotheshorse and outdoor washing line. Some Omo Sensitive washing powder will be provided for you. The Hydeaway bay community is a very laid back friendly community, we all enjoy and love looking after our beach front, we have young families and retirees in the community, we have a local bowls club that meets every Friday night and we have a local Art Group that meets on a Wednesday at our Community Centre and Cape Gloucester Resort and Dingo Pub within 6kms of Hydeaway bay, both open 7 days for Lunch and Dinner. We are located approximately 40km from Airlie Beach and Proserpine, our closest grocery store is in either of those places, so please remember to get groceries before you arrive. Our popular months are from April to September and these are best time for swimming at the beach also and temperature ranges from 25-30 during the day and 15-22 at night. Our hottest months are November to March this is also our wet season temperatures range from 25-35 during these months and we get a lot of Northerly hot winds, and still days, and we have to careful on those days when swimming.
