Welcome to our charming 6-Bedroom 4,300 sq ft retreat in the heart of Westgate! Inviting all travel enthusiasts with our globetrotter theme. Every room is inspired by our favorite cities - Rome, Los Angeles, Kyoto, Paris, London, New York. Make our cozy haven your home base for all your Arizona adventures. Wanderlust awaits!
We are excited to offer our heated pool option for guest stays between November - May! Our heated pool fee is $65 per night for the entire duration of the stay to cover the cost of utilities. Please request during booking and at minimum, within 72 hours of your stay.
The Atlas at Westgate is located in one of most desirable areas of PHX. Our home is only a 5 minute drive to Westgate Entertainment District for shopping and dining, and we are 8 minutes to State Farm Stadium! Camelback Ranch is 12 minutes away for baseball, and Desert Diamond Casino is only 5 minutes away.

When you walk into our home, you are greeted by our entry room! Play a game of pool while watching sports in this spacious communal area. There's an arcade game with over 50 different arcade games including Super Mario Bros, Pac Man and many other classic favorites!

Our living room is next to the kitchen and dining room for a central gathering area. The room is surrounded by windows, letting in plenty of natural light. We have a gas fireplace for guests to use!

POOL DISCLAIMER
By booking this property, guests acknowledge that the pool is NOT supervised. Owners are not liable for any injury or death resulting from the usage of the pool. Please supervise children at all times.
HEATED POOL
We offer our pool to be heated for $65 per night to cover the cost of utilities (charge is applied for the full duration of your stay). Please request at the time of your booking. We need notice of 72 hours in advance of your check-in since it takes time for the pool to heat! Disclaimer - the heated pool is affected by outdoor temperatures / weather and we cannot guarantee exact temperatures.
CABLE TV
Note that we do NOT offer cable. We have smart TVs in the home and you are welcome to sign into any streaming platform. There are streaming platforms where you can watch live TV including sports. We have instructions for this in our guidebook
GRILL
We have an outdoor grill to be used. Please clean up after usage!
PACK N PLAY
We offer a Pack N Play for use! No charge for this
SECURITY
We have installed a doorbell camera and cameras at at the sides of the house facing the gates. This is here to ensure property and guest safety. There are no cameras on the inside of the house or in the communal space of the back yard. This property is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound) and notifies the host if it gets too loud.

Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am
You can enter the house using our SmartLock. Your Pin will be given to you ahead of your check-in
HOUSE RULES
UNAUTHORIZED PARTIES/EVENTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. This is a residential area with long term residents. Please respect our neighbors and obey quiet hours from 11pm to 8am.
NOTE: If you are booking your stay to have a small family or friend gathering under 15 people for a birthday, graduation, or anything else, please note this in your booking! We would love to host you for your celebration and will authorize small gatherings under the occupancy limit

TRUST & SAFETY FEE (Damage Waiver)
As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely to provide you with the below protection. The cost of this protection has been included in your rental rate and fees and covers you for accidental damages during your stay.
The Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $1,500 coverage for accidental contents damage and accidental property damage. Complete terms regarding the Trust and Safety coverage can be found through Safely. The Trust and Safety Fee is refundable only if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible or
