Positive: I liked everything about this property except the fact we didn’t have consistent hot water from the taps and showers.
Negative: We were 6 people and only 2 of us were able to take a hot shower after skiing all day. Everyone else was left with freezing water. I called for help and received instructions to go in the basement and unplug some of the cable, wait for 10 minutes and plug it back again, and let the water run for another 10 minutes. It didn’t work right away so I had to go out for dinner without showering, which was upsetting. Going to the basement was very inconvenient because of the low ceiling and dust, I got all dusty. We had to call for help again next day for the same reason, that was really frustrating. Also I forgot some things in the house (my teeth retainers and my iPhone charger) and communicated the property on the same day we left. They never got back to me. It’s been 2 weeks and I called many times hoping they would find my belongings and mail it to me (I agreed to pay for it) but they seemed to not be able to hear back from the cleaning team. It’s weird.
Summary: The house is great but the cold water issue is a huge bummer. Don’t forget anything behind!
