The condo is on the second floor with one flight of stairs. It is equipped with WiFi and Smart TVs for your streaming needs. For when you don’t feel like dining out, we stocked the kitchen with all the tools and equipped it with new appliances to cook your favorite meal.

The balcony offers outdoor seating for two. You will have access to the tennis/pickle ball court, pool, and spa. There is a newly renovated laundry facility on-site (not in the unit) with easy access just downstairs and around the corner. Access and other details regarding the pool area, tennis courts, and laundry room are noted in the property binder in the condo.

For our baseball fans... our location is just a 3 min drive to Scottsdale Stadium. It is 10 min drive to Salt River Fields at Talking Stick Stadium. 8 min drive to Sloan Park.

The famous Scottsdale "green belt" is just across the street—offering parks, lakes and golf courses. With many more golf courses just a short drive away.
