The flat is located near the old town of Villefranche sur Mer, in a well-kept and secure luxury residence with a private car park, a communal pool and a park.

Although the pool is not heated, it can be used from the end of May to the end of September. However, it is open all year round for those who simply want to relax and unwind in the sun by the pool.

So you can easily explore the whole of the Cote d'Azur from here without a car. If you prefer to travel by car, there is a private car park available. The train station is about six minutes' walk away. From there you can get to Ventimiglia, Cannes, St Tropez and Marseilles.
