Large kitchen, includes everything you need to feel right at home. Located on 10 private acres, close to the Appalachian Trail and it's Kennebec river crossing. Surrounded by woods and bordered by a crystal clear stream. If you're into the outdoors this is the place for you. Hiking, biking, fishing, rafting and snowmobiling right outside your door.
The apartment has a king size bed, with a day bed that doubles as a single. The full bath is also stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, etc. and has a washer and dryer for your use. Guests will also have access to River/lake, lawn/beach area, fire pit, gazebo with double hammock, 2 kayaks, canoe and propane grill.
We are in the middle of an outdoor enthusiast's paradise. We have tons of day hikes close by, mountain tops, breathtaking views, or waterfalls, whatever you're looking for. Whitewater rafting is the big summer industry here, there are several outfitters located within 5 miles of our place. Fishing right out the front door, either in the lake, the river or in the stream that borders the property. Snowmobile trail access to ITS 87. Park you trailer here and ride for miles from the front door. There are biking and walking trails as well. We are glad to offer suggestions, or show you around.
