A short flight of stairs from the parking lot. Ski trails on both sides of the complex. Snowshoe Basin on the east side, Western Territory on the west side.

Summary: The loacation is great. The condo is smaller than the pictures make it out to be, but not too small. A couple of small issues. The pantry has a door to the ajoining condo and there is a large gap and no isulation so you can hear everything next door and I assume they can hear you. Secondly, no one shovels the stairs down to the entrance which when there is alot of snow can be treacherous.
