This is a charming home with a riverfront view! It has easy access to the interstate and located approximately 7 minutes drive from Yeager Airport and the WV State Capitol Complex. It is only one mile from Charleston Civic Center, Charleston Town Center Mall and close proximity to all major hospitals in Charleston, WV. Magic Island and Haddad Parks are within walking distance, as well as, the Clay Center. In front of the house and on the opposite side of the street are running and bike tracks. Donโt forget to try the many restaurants nearby! You will love staying in this spacious nearly 3,200 square foot home! You can sit on the front porch drinking your coffee with a riverfront view or you can kick back in a recliner in the living room and watch the 70โ flat screen tv. The kitchen was completely remodeled with high end Jenn-Air double oven and electric stove. Feel free to stay in and use the kitchen to cook the family a good meal or visit one of the many nice restaurants nearby.
