Positive: Location was great, pool and bar were also very nice. Bed comfy and room was clean.
Negative: Shower either ran very hot or very cold, free breakfast was awful - gallon of milk just sitting out without any ice, 1 kind of cereal, waffle mix was also just sitting out and did not look good. They would make eggs but only scrambled. Elevator was a frightening experience - we mainly took the stairs even though we were on the 4th floor. View from the lanai was a parking lot and tennis courts although the view from the front of the room was beautiful. Too bad the hotel wasn't flipped the other direction. Because the tiki bar is open to the public after 4:00, there were some questionable people there who clearly were not staying at the hotel. They allowed smoking at the bar (including pot) which caused my husband and me to have to move.
