Summary: I didnโ€™t like how very slow their 3 elevators were and they were so tiny compared to any reg elevators. We were on 17th floor and as we go down to lobby it became so packed. It was weird because when we hit 4th floor it somehow went back to 19th floor. We were so over it. Other than that it was super close to Universal Studio. So comvenient. However, you have to pay for parking cause I think it wasnโ€™t owned by the hotel.
