We named the apartment Sequoia after the giant sequoia tree in our garden. It is fun watching the squirrels playing hide and seek in it. A young deer occasionally stops by for breakfast and dinner.
The property is located in Berndorf, in the region of the Vulcanic Eifel in West Germany, close to the border with Belgium, Luxemburg and the Netherlands. It is known for its hiking trails, nature parks and scenic villages.

The accommodation is in the basement of a one-family home. It comprises one bedroom with king size bed, one bathroom with both tub and shower and a living room with an additional sofa bed.
