Positive: The room was lovely, right on the beach. But I think the best part was the staff, they were so helpful with everything, so accommodating, and so wonderful with the kids. The pool overlooking the beach was also beautiful. We will definitely come back.
Negative: I think they give you advance notice of anything that will be an issue - paying park fees, etc. We really appreciated that they always accommodated our needs to the best of their abilities.
