South-facing terrace and unfenced garden of 150 mยฒ, with access to the shared 5000 mยฒ orchard (swings and boules pitch installed in spring 2024).
Ground floor: living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (queen-size bed), shower room, separate toilet, and laundry room.
Upstairs: 2 attic bedrooms (each with two single beds).
