Summary: Staying here was a challenge. These units are owned by third parties so the propery manager on site had nothing to do with our stay. Communicating prior to our arrival was a nightmare. Didn’t find out how to access property until hours before our arrival . Prior to this nobody was responding to emails or phone calls. Then we received a complicated list of rules and instructions for obtaining access with two conflicting unit numbers . Finally got it sorted out but was told we could only have one key fob. Given thst this was necessary for building access And elevator access it made it impossible for us to attend to our separate itineraries, one of which was a medical procedure. I was forced to cancel my appointments to provide my husband access. I do not recommend this place
