Positive: We liked the location, the quietness, comfort, and cleanliness. We liked the large open closet so we could store our bikes. Plenty of towels were there. The kitchen was new and had nearly everything we would have needed if we were cooking there. A toaster would have been nice. I liked the water dispenser in the fridge. I was hoping to swim, but the pool was not available.

Negative: No breakfast was provided, which I like to have at any place I stay. There were no tissues (Kleenex), which we really could have used. We had trouble turning on the fireplace and turning it off--instructions were needed. Also could not turn on the ceiling fan (instruction page would be useful ). We also could not figure out how to open the shades. The shower took a long time to get hot water, and we didn't like the high shower head--a hand-held one is handier. A tall person could reach the cabinet above the refrigerator, but I am short and could not. This is where a first aid kit was found. A step-stool would be handy for short people. The beds were comforable, but the pillows were too thick--gave me a neck ache, and I had to not use them.

Summary: Quiet and comfortable, but lacking in some expectations.
