Negative: False descriptions. Careless or deceptive? It was very expensive for an “Ikea style” renovation of an apartment in a typical old, worn Sydney apartment block. The following were advertised in the description- Garden view….absolutely not unless you stuck your head out the window. The windows looked directly out at two other buildings. Great views of the neighbour’s washing though. Daily housekeeping. Not expected but why advertise it? Dishwasher. None there. This was annoying. I choose places with dishwashers because it generally means they are of a certain standard. This was meant to be a luxury apartment. It was a perfectly OK apartment. Outdoor dining area. Sure if you stand up to eat a hamburger Luggage storage? What, under the bed? Meeting facilities. If you want a meeting with Santa’s elves??? Soundproof rooms. You have to be kidding. The window frames were leaky and old. Soundproof would be modern double or triple glaze as in Europe
Summary: Overpriced, with erroneous descriptions. Be wary.
