Summary: The hotel is in terrible condition and horrible, why is it on Hotels.com. We had no hot water in our room, we had a land-line phone that wasn't connected to anything, they would answer the phone when you called, no elevator, no ac in the halls on the 2nd floor, carpets were all stained and dirty, door look rotten on the bottom, walls had patches that weren't recent and not painted, the grass was tall, continental breakfast wasn't good and the pool was green...
