* HURRICANE UPDATE - WITH THREE HURRRICANES HITTING OUR TOWN IN THE SUMMER OF 2024, CURRENTLY BOTH BOAT DOCKS AND ICE MACHINE WERE DAMAGED AND/OR MISSING. Updates will be posted as repairs are being made*

-Sleeps 10 and space for air mattress in living room. Sleeps 2 families easily.
-1 mile to town and 2 miles to public boat ramp.
-Large screened in Patio with great river views. All rooms have water views.
-Boat and trailer parking on property, Boats with T-Tops can NOT park under house. Boats with T-tops park on left side of house by stairs.
-The house has central A/C but NO heat. Space heaters are provided for every room during the winter months.

Summary: Enjoyed our stay here. Peaceful location. We had 7 people and had more than enough room in the house. Easy to find. House had everything we needed. Rented boat from sea hag marina and had great time scalloping. Was able to dock the boat at the house. Would stay here again.
