The place features a walk-in shower and bright living area with room darkening curtains. The entire unit has been recently renovated and beautifully decorated with modern and elegant furnishings to create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. You will be staying in the University of Arizona Campus area which is known as the historical Blenman-Elm Historic District. There is tons of nightlife, games to attend and more! Check out all that Tucson has to offer in this convenient home away from home.
If you are staying close you can utilize walking as your main transit, but Tucson is very spread out and for most activities out of the community you will need a vehicle to travel to. I recommend renting a car or possibly taking a ride share for transit to nearby events.
There is a temporary hold of $500 for each reservation. It will be held beginning 2 days prior to checkout, and then automatically released within 10 days. Please note this is not a charge unless damages are incurred.

AC should be set no lower than 70 degrees at any time.
