Summary: The view from the balcony was great. When we first arrived, we had to schedule maintenance and cleaning. Floors, cabinets, dusting, dishes, etc. The coffee maker timer and the ice maker didn't work (maintenance came in and attempted to fix the ice maker; I made two more calls to get that fixed but had no success). The bathroom exhaust fans were coated with dust. The unit in this building was on the second floor, with 9 or 10 steps to climb, no elevator, and no mention of that in the posting. The gym equipment's heart monitors did not work. There are no mats in any of the gyms to lie on. Construction on all four high rises in this complex was under some construction.
