Positive: + Free on site parking (limited lots, but opposite apartment has big parking) + Big spacious apartment for the two of us + Cosy and clean + Comfortable beds + Good amenities + Free wifi

Negative: - At night or early morning may hear the passing sound of bikes cause the road is near the bedroom (maybe its weekend when we stay there). - No lift to the 3rd floor, but no issues for us
