The tiny house features basic amenities, but everything you will need for a short stay, with an outdoor deck, a small kitchen, a full bathroom with a toilet and skylight shower, a small dining area, a queen bed, and two twin beds for kids.
It’s a place to fuel inspiration. The tiny house/ camper sits on the private corner of our front yard for nature lovers.

We located mins away from Lake and River State Park where you could kayaking&hiking. Easy to get on I4. Minutes away from Westfield Brandon Malls, Brandon Regional Hospital, AMG theater, restaurants, Busch Gardens, Aquarium, Tampa downtown, River walk. An hour from famous white sand beaches Clearwater, St Pete, Indian Rock Beach, Sarasota. An hour and a haft to Disney Land, Sea World, Orlando.

Above all else, we valued your privacy and are happy with whatever levels of interaction you would like.
We live next door to this property so we are available if needed. We are happy to make recommendations of local places anytime, or if you need any assistance related to your reservation with us. Or we can simply leave you alone.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTES:
** One set of towels will be provided for each guest. Two extra towels will be left in the closet for reservation for more than two days. Any extra service will come with an extra charge, please ask us for more info
We expect used dishes & unmade beds - you don't have to be perfect. If exceptional cleaning is needed for stains or extreme dirtiness we will pass the extra cleaning costs on to you.
If you have friends or family coming to visit, please have them book in their own name.
Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.
If the published occupancy is exceeded, the entire security deposit will be charged in full.
We may implement video surveillance in public areas (main gate, front yard, etc) to ensure the safety and security of all guests. THERE ARE NO CAMERAS INSIDE THE RESIDENCE.
If guests interfere with cleaning past the agreed checkout time, guests will be charged $50 per hour of delay past the agreed checkout time.
If you notice anything that presents a danger that could result in damage to the location or to any individuals, tell us as soon as possible.
When you make a reservation with us, you are agreeing to all of the above House Rules.
