Summary: I had originally booked a room at a property that ended up being an Airbnb. I got there. I had no way of getting in had to go to the bathroom so I left and came back trying to get a hold of the host two hours later Hotels.com got me into another safe place to sleep before it got dark, this was exactly what I needed. Thank you, Hotels.com for taking care of me.
