Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The room was clean and modern.
Negative: A car park was supposed to be designated to us but when it was time to park, it was taken. I raised this issue to the host and they got back to me right away but nothing was ever done. For the whole 4 nights that we stayed at the property, we never got to park in the carpark space. This was really frustrating!!! The host didn’t really do anything about it as the car that was parked there wasn’t ever moved! On the last day we were there, the elevator wasn’t working but it was okay for us as we didn’t mind going up the stairs. Lucky that it started to work when we had to bring our luggages down!
Summary: Overall the place was comfortable and clean which was really important for me and my family.
