Positive: The house was clean and spacious. Comfortable beds . Kitchen was easy to use.A good size bathroom . Nice outside patio. Easy to park in front of house without affecting the neighbours- this was particularly helpful for loading and unloading the car. Quick responses from host and amenable to allowing us in to the property a little earlier than advertised, which was also very helpful. The property is very reasonably priced.
Negative: The living room would benefit from an up light as the current lighting is a little dim. The TV would be better in a lower position to ensure that you don’t get neckache looking up from the settee/ armchair. The frying pan needs replacing. The parking space at the back of the house is very small and even with a moderate size car requires a lot of manoeuvring and I’m used to parking in tight spaces. We had to search for the password for the WiFi - I eventually found it on the bottom of the router. The bathroom is situated downstairs - not a problem apart from going to the loo overnight.
Summary: Comfortable three bed home reasonably priced.
