This cheery and cozy studio, with a beautiful flower garden, hot tub, and a peak-a-boo view of the ocean and Battery Point Lighthouse is a perfect get away spot. You can fall asleep to the sound of waves on the nearby shore. Ocean access is just a half block down the road. For one night or a full week this home has a great location with easy access to many wonderful amenities.
This is a no pet, no smoking home. Because of the close proximity of our neighbors we enforce a 10:00 PM quiet time. Additionally, please do not block the driveway as this is the only way of ingress and egress for our neighbors.

Summary: Great location, well stocked kitchen, right size for two. Wall heater is very load. Nice hot tub but no place to hang robes and towels. And out of the rain. Bathroom is dated.
