Large, open concept living space with new living room seating, large flat screen TV and DVD player. Kitchen and laundry room are equipped with full size appliances. All bedrooms have their own flat screen TV's.
The Clubhouse/Sports Center boasts well maintained indoor and outdoor pools (outdoor pool is seasonal), hot tub, steam rooms, a full gym with cardio and weight room, outdoor tennis, basketball court, picnic area with grill and a small play area. It is a great place for families, a romantic getaway or a "girls weekend" since it is located in the quaint town of Lincoln. We are conveniently located near many area attractions: Franconia Notch State Park, Cannon Mountain with its aerial tram, Franconia Bike Path, The Flume Gorge, The Basin, Loon Mountain, Aerial Forest Adventure Park, Clark's Trading Post, Hobo Railroad, Lost River, Whale's Tale Waterpark, Polar Caves, Mount Washington, Cog Railroad, Santa's Village, Story Land and White Mountain Motorsports Park. There are activities to include mini golf, zip lining, gondola rides to the top of Loon and Cannon. We are also only about 1/2 hour from all the excellent (tax free) outlet shopping in Tilton, an hour from North Conway and 1/2 hour from Lake Winnepesauke. Activities include hiking (we are located near the Appalachian Trail & huts), swimming, biking, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, whitewater rafting, horseback riding and golf. There is always something to do in Lincoln.
