Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located bungalow walkable to Main Street. Each bedroom has its own on-suite bathroom and an open concept living/kitchen area. The house is beautifully decorated to make our guest feel like they are home away from home. The yard, park, and outdoor area allows for guest to feel serene and peaceful, yet conveniently close to all the downtown attractions. Private off street parking with gate closure! Come experience it all here!
We give our guests their privacy and never show up unannounced. If we do need to come to the house, we will message you ahead of time. We do have a landscaping company that keeps the property in order and are scheduled to come Mondays.
The house is located in the historic Carter Park neighborhood surround by other charming houses. The home sits right next to a park where guests with pets or kids have an additional recreational area.
Essential stores like Safeway, New Seasons, Ace Hardware and Walgreens are very close. The house is just a short walk to the heart of downtown where there are numerous boutiques, local pubs and breweries, bakeries and restaurants.
Take advantage of walking or biking to the Saturday market and stunning waterfront, full of delicious eateries and wineries. Our bungalow will be a vacation you will not forget!

Completely renovated and open concept living area. Kitchen fully stocked with all the necessary essentials for cooking delicious meals and entertaining. Separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Mud room located just off the kitchen with entry from the driveway area. Both bedrooms have their own private bathroom and walk-in closet. The primary bedroom has a king bed and the secondary bedroom has a queen. The yard is extremely large for a downtown location allowing you to play yard games or walk next door to the enclosed park. Steps away from a bakery and coffee shop as well as other local restaurants and shops.

There are many attractions within walking distance. If you are in the mood for venturing out, Uber/Lyft are easy ways to see Vancouver and Portland. Parking is free with two spots in the driveway and free on street parking.
The house is right across the street from a great park with a wonderful play structure for kids and fencing for dogs to run and play. The home is suitable for 4 adults max and 1-2 infants/small children. A single pack n play is available at this property.
We do allow pets, but there is a $25 per pet, per night fee that will be added to your overall stay. For longer stays, we do discounted pet fees. Please inquire with hosts. Additional nightly pet fees will be sent out after confirmation of booking.
We also require an identity check for all guest who book our properties. This is standard safety protocol for us and you as our guest!
