Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Well-located for the National Watersports Centre. Extremely clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Adequate parking for two cars. Prompt response to queries and issues. We also appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities and the extra bedding and towels.
Negative: Unfortunately, we discovered a leak from one of the showers while we were by there. The letting company responded promptly, but it did mean that we were limited to using one shower for the duration of our stay. As there were 4 of us plus a child, this did get a little tight! Scissors and a small chopping knife in the kitchen would be useful additions.
Summary: Clean, comfortable, well-equipped and prompt response to queries.
