Summary: Words and pictures donโ€™t really do justice to this stunning accommodation. It has been tastefully renovated to show off its unique medieval character. Welcoming hosts who were super friendly and all basics generously provided. The only warning Iโ€™d share for other guests would be that the authentic period door handles while they look wonderful are very stiff and sharp and I struggled with opening the front door throughout our stay. Otherwise this property gets top ratings for beauty, character and amenity. A beautiful pool with a covered terrace for barbecues and a pretty walled garden top it off. The village is unique and close to the Loire river and many other pretty medieval towns. Definitely worth a stay!
