Positive: The baseball theme was cute. The popcorn was excellent and the coffee in the am was a pleasant surprise. However, in terms of staffing I'd say that the first attendent was pretty inattentive and disinterested in us as customers. The night attendant too was inanimate. However, there were two day front desk attendants that really attempted to recognize we were paying customers and within his scope of duties did much to make the stay more pleasant. They were most helpful and capable.
Negative: There were a bunch of little things that didn't work properly. We had indicated that we needed a room fresh up and new towels the day after our initial first day. It never happened. The toaster in the coffee area wasn't plugged in and was full of burnt crumbs. This could be a haven for insects. There were a few other things like fresh hand soap daily but that is quite minor.
