The holiday home is 230 m2, built in 2007 and fully equipped for your comfort. Situated only 150 m from the beach in a 1100m2 conservation area. Whilst you canโt see the beach from the house, youโll enjoy the calm and the rolling sound of the sea. The nearest shops are in the fishing village of Skillinge, 5 km to the grocery shop and the bank, 4 km to the riding school. Three golf clubs and the Ystad tennis stadium with its badminton and volleyball courts are only 25 km away. Youโll be provided with a satellite TV, a stereo with CD player, a washing machine, a tumble drier and water-powered central heating.
