With easy access to beaches (Praa Sands with its long sandy beach, Surf School, bar and cafes is only minutes away) and the rugged coastline of West Cornwall, the Lizard Peninsula, historic St Ives and the Helford Estuary, the โOld Dairyโ and 'The Hayloft' are the perfect place for your Cornish holiday escape.
Little Rosewarne lies nestled at the base of Godolphin Hill within part of the Cornish Mining World Heritage site. From the summit of the hill there are spectacular panoramic views over West Cornwall and the Lizard. The National Trustโs Godolphin Estate borders our grounds with Godolphin House and Gardens a short walk away.

Little Rosewarne is a small holding of some 10 acres, we provide our guests access to large open spaces where they can see pigs, chickens and ducks and help with feeding and egg collection!
