Located 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga on four acres with pool (open 5/15-10/1) on North Chickamauga Creek. We are across the creek from The Greeway Farm wihch is a 180 acre city park on North Chickamauga Creek. The park has 6 miles of walking, running, hiking and biking trails. There are three canoe access points. We are close to restaurants, shopping, canoeing, fishing, and downtown Chattanooga activities.There are golf courses in the area. You are welcome to use the golf clubs in our garage.
House is well equipped. Master BR has king bed, guest have queen in one and full in another. Master has bath with 2 vanities, shower. Jack & Jill bath for guest rooms has Tub/shower combo. The large multipurpose room (20x40) has 2 twin daybeds with trundles.There is bath with shower off multipurpose room. There are flat screen TVs in all bedrooms, one in the den, & one in multipurpose room. Lots of games, books, & some DVDs. WiFi is provided. Large laundry room with new washer/dryer. Pool is 18x36.(pool is closed Oct 1-may 15). Two tables with umbrellas, charcoal grill, lounge chairs plus other outdoor furniture There is a half bath off screen porch by the pool. Beach towels provided. Basketball goal on driveway. You can walk down by the barn to Chickamauga creek. You can bring your gear to fish or put in your own canoe or kayak. There is room to park a 25 foot boat in driveway if you want to enjoy Lake Chickamauga or enter one of the many fishing competitions. There is a small deck overlooking creek. All you need to bring are your clothes & toiletries. We hope you respect and treat our home as your own. Remember no smoking & no pets. We ask that you not let children in the garage. There are pool chemicals in the garage.
