Our radiant floor heating is perfect to stay warm after your family trip to the ski resorts surrounding this property in all directions, or after a long day ice fishing on Newfound Lake less than a mile away! The outdoor fire pit area is perfect for those summer nights. less than a mile from Wellington state park and beach, Cummings beach, and Avery beach. Be sure to check out our amazing restaurants in town including the award winning Big Catch (during summer months), our very own authentic Mexican restaurant Cielitos, and one of our many breakfast places like the famous Odysea cafe, and Gina's just to name a few of our favs.
Our home has a full chefs kitchen. Double wall ovens plus the gas stove, an 8 foot island, and top of the line appliances.
Our home features a 12 foot custom made dining table great for feeding your family home cooked meals.
Our bedroom set up is:
downstairs bedroom 2 xl twin mattresses (can be pushed together to make a king)
downstairs living space has a queen size pull out couch with linens in the closet of the downstairs bedroom and/or the laundry room upstairs
upstairs the master has a queen size bed, master bath with an extra large custom shower, and off the bathroom is the laundry room/ walk-in closet with extra linens and towels if need be.
upstairs down the hall on the left we have a bedroom with a full size trundle bed.
upstairs all the way at the end of the hall we have a bedroom with a queen size bed and walk in closet.
all bedroom have window fans if needed and extra pillows in all the closets.
Home is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay.
Fully stocked Kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, mugs, keurig, microwave in pantry, and even coffee and sugar for guests. (If feeding very large families during your stay you may consider bringing paper plates)
Out side we have a grill with grill utensils found inside to the left of the stove.
Our 16x16 back deck is perfect for lunches outside in the beautiful NH summers.
We hope you appreciate the aesthetic of our home. Please be respectful of our home, we poured lots of love into this home while building it and would love to keep it in good condition for our family and future renters. This home was built over a 7 year period slowly while we lived in it and raised our newborn. We are so happy we get to share it with others who can create memories in here also while on vacation.
