Positive: It was a very good stay; the place is very spacious and comfortable for four people. It is very clean and well-equipped. We had a full kitchen with a washing machine, AC, and many utensils: pots, pans, cutlery, plates, a corkscrew, and even a cheese grater. The apartment is very close to the train stations, shops, and restaurants. Very convenient transportation to nearby Napoli or other places.
Negative: We gave an approximate time of arrival a few hours before, and precise information one hour before to the host about what time we would arrive. Despite that, he was 30 minutes late and we had to wait in front of the building. He stopped writing back and didn't answer the phone to just inform us that he was on his way. He doesn't speak English, but we used an online translator. In January, there is a lot of moisture in the air in the apartment. The shower was clogged and there is no toilet seat. The check-in and check-out hours given on the Booking profile are not the same as those the host gave us (he send us the information 2 hours after we had already checked out and left the apartment). Also, a small inconvenience is that the apartment is shaped in a way that you can hear everything, even a whisper, when one person is downstairs and the other is in the sleeping loft.
