Summary: Where do I start? First, I called ahead of time to ensure that I received a roll-away bed. At the time of arrival I was told that they do not carry roll-away beds. Then when I arrived at the room. There was dirty linen on the floor of several rooms in front of the door. Also, there was no coffee at breakfast and the breakfast had an 1/2 late start. Also, the hotel smelled like weed. Elevator had graffiti and was not clean. Also, my door did not close and exposed our room. There were no phones in our rooms, and I asked if I could have the toilet fixed and never received service. The walls were dirty in the room and shower was not clean. Also, we had decorative pillows and not regular pillows. The refrigerator door would not open. Also, I told them that it was 4 of us. They gave us towels for 2 guests. Lastly, the pool was unavailable because that too was dirty.
