Summary: Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful property in 12 South! We were a group of five women in our late 40s getting together for a long weekend, and this home was perfect for us. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet—ideal for relaxing after a day exploring Nashville. We loved being just steps away from great shopping and delicious restaurants, and it was a quick, easy Uber ride to the excitement of Broadway.Communication from the property management team was clear, friendly, and timely from start to finish. Access to the home was simple, and check-out was completely smooth. The only thing we might suggest is adding a bit more comfy group seating in the main living area for hanging out together —but that’s a small note in an otherwise outstanding stay.We would absolutely stay here again on a future visit to Nashville. Highly recommend!
