Summary: Place was dirty.Kitchen hob took forever to ignite.Lounge suite was grubby.Rubbish in garage.Garage door was broken.Kitchen sink leaked.Ac filters blocked with dust.Mould on curtians and in bathroom.Sliding doors were broken and you had to drag them in tracks.No instructions on arrival about net or rubbish collection.Yard messy.Broken window in bedroom so it cant be locked.It is a big nice house, plenty of room.But it needs cleaned and maintained.While there my father had massive problems with his asthma from all the dust and mould.
