Summary: Stylish, clean and friendly staff! We enjoyed our family stay just after Christmas. The roof top bar and restaurant was Fab with the incredible view of the Empire State Building. Our room was lovely (we were hoping for two double beds but they sold out) so my family had to get two king rooms. The shower was dazzling and the beds were super comfortable. The only bummer was either night we stayed there, I couldn't find hot water for a cup of tea to save my life! (I love it when hotels have hot pots guests can use in the room.) Other than that, it was a fantastic stay at the Hendricks. I would def stay there again.
