Positive: The grounds of the cottage was, beautiful, all the natural surroundings, the dog loved it, you are close to everything 30 min to scarborough, or 30min Whitby, on the way to this location are many stores to stock up on food and drinks, the cottage has everything you need , beds are so comfortable. Fire place is nice, had a barbecue that was nice, took some work to set it up, but was OK...

Negative: What i didn't like, the cottage was not very clean, I wash the floor and change the water 4 times, only because I spilt some coffee, that i found out how dirty the floor was, not been wash for months, very dusty, cob webs, had to wash some dishes before using them, This things didn't put us off, we just dealt with it all, and carried on with our holiday, Sad though it's such a lovely cottage and place, that this where things we had to do, paying for a week holiday and had to clean.
