Positive: The breakfast was great. That was one of the greatest parts of the stay.
Negative: I did not like that I had to stay in the suite that had a let out couch that did not have a cushion and was broken and they did not have another suite to move us too leaving us to have to make pallets for them to sleep on the floor for the first night until another suite opened up. We were moved the next day to another suite but it was rushed because we had to rush back from our excursion to move into the room as I did not want the staff moving and handling our personal items either. We also had to keep requesting more body and face towels and tissue for the family of 4. I felt it should have been already available and not given upon request. The telephone had wires hanging out of it and I had to hold it a certain way for the front desk to hear me. The staff was nice and remained professional at all times though in this situation.
Summary: It was annoying at times, but ok. I don't think this location would be my 1st option.
