It can be used as one house or two separate accommodation areas. The two- floor villa has a configuration that can be utilized as two apartments to suit your own individual needs.The first floor has a spacious living room with built-in kitchen, dining room surrounded by carved-in couches, toilet and a convivial, double-bed niche to satisfy the most demanding taste. Two bedrooms with built-in double beds and en-suite bathrooms are also situated on this level.An internal staircase leads to the upper floor through a portal with an enormous, antique door. It is comprised of two master bedrooms, vaulted bathroom with wonderful sea-view, and a kitchen .The top apartment features an all-round balcony and a terrace sculpted in the rocks. The lower level apartment has a huge open terrace. There is a Privet Pool and Jacuzzi with fantastic sea-view and a staircase leading down to the second bigger shared pool. Loungers to relax and a dining suite complete the whole outdoor setting.
