This unique bicentennial historic but fully renovated stone house is located in the heart of Vieux-Beloeil, the old and touristic part of Beloeil. Beloeil is a charming little town by the river, facing the beautiful Mont Saint-Hilaire. The house was an actual inn in the early 19th century, until becoming a summer house for family and friends of my ancestors, who lived in the red brick house next door. It is within walking distance of everything in Vieux-Beloeil, with many restaurants, terraces, cafรฉs, bars, breweries, boardwalk, marina just around the corner. You can't ask for a better location in the area! :-)
***One thing to note is that the ceilings are a bit low on the 2nd floor, with the original structural wooden beams at about 6 feet high (actual ceiling are about 6'10"). But it's all part of the charm! On the ground floor they are standard at 8'. ***
Also note that the house is not on the water directly, the street separates the house and our riverside.
