Positive: The receptionist, Ranjita, was amazing! Super accommodating, and since it was my 2 year anniversary with my fiancee, she upgraded our room and sent us a gift to the room. She made our time there exceptional and now I intend to continue visiting this specific hotel because she, like the previous visits, made my stay so pleasant. Thanks Ranjita!!
