Summary: Communication responses were excellent, but the uneven floors, Dryer with no handle, broken closet door, hanging down bathroom fan and broken (partially missing glass) in the master bedroom was disappointing . Good location, except for the loud neighbors at late hours, revving their truck and playing loud music.
