Positive: Overall a fabulous space for a large group of people in a delightful rural location. A warm and welcoming property with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and spaces to socialise inside and outside. The photos and descriptions in the listing are an accurate representation of the property but, if anything, it is even better in reality. Sean was an exceptionally responsive and friendly host. The welcome pack of beer wine and biscuits was most appreciated! Good walks from the front door and in the local area but the house has so many different areas (conservatory, lounges snugs, games room, gym etc) that even in poor weather there's always space to enjoy.

Negative: Not quite enough fridge space. The kitchen fridge is small for the number of people. There is an extra fridge in the boot-room, but by the time you've got food and drink for 12 people everything is a bit cramped. It would be useful if the en-suites with only a bath had a shower attachment fitted.

Summary: A fabulous property for larger get-togethers in a delightful rural location.
