Summary: The 1 elevator "could not be used". We are 71 and 72 years old. I've had 5 spinal surgeries and we had to lug all luggage up flights of stairs. The next morning a woman told me her 92 year old mother took an hour to be able to climb the steps. The front desk offered no offset, comfort or caring, it appeared to everyone!!!
