Summary: It started out pretty lousy. The sleeper sofa in the suite was broken and we were moved to another suite. Unfortunately it did not have time to cool down and the first night was very hot. The staff was amazing however. They went above and beyond to make up for the bad circumstances. I can’t say enough about Mason and the other staff.
