Unsere Ferienwohnung Schmid liegt in Tübingen-Derendingen in ruhiger, sonniger Lage an dem Flüsschen Steinlach. Sie verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Badezimmer und Balkon. WLAN ist kostenfrei vorhanden. Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich ein kostenloser PKW-Stellplatz. Vom Balkon aus haben Sie einen wunderschönen Blick in die Natur. Trotz der ruhigen Lage erreichen Sie innerhalb zwei Kilometer den Bahnhof, mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, den Bäcker oder eine Metzgerei. Zu Fuß an der Steinlach oder mit dem Fahrrad gelangen Sie ebenfalls nach Tübingen. Die Bushaltestelle ist in zwei Minuten erreichbar. Der Garten ist privat und kann nicht genutzt werden. Tübingen bietet das Schloss oder die Neckarfront mit Hölderlin Turm, eine Stocherkahn fahrt auf dem Neckar und natürlich die Altstadt. Nach Stuttgart zum Fluhafen und der City sind es 32-40 km.
